A grand Belle Époque hotel above St. Moritz, the only one in the region with a private lift to Corviglia.

Opened in 1912 on a forested plateau above St. Moritz, Suvretta House is the only hotel in the region with direct access to the Corviglia ski area via a private lift, so guests ski in and out the door. Behind the grand Belle Époque facade are 181 rooms and suites, many looking across the Engadin Valley toward the mountains and Lake Silvaplana.

The house keeps a large indoor pool, a spa and wellness center, tennis courts, and an on-site ski school with rental service; in summer, hiking, biking, golf, and sailing take over. Dining moves from fine alpine cuisine in the Grand Restaurant to après-ski fare in the Suvretta Stube, with afternoon tea and cocktails elsewhere in the house.
