Lakeside alpine luxury, and seasonal experiences dedicated to wellness and relaxation.

Opened originally in 1896, the hotel maintains its heritage through preserved façades, panelled salons, and grand ballrooms, restored after a major fire in 1967. The recent Serlas Wing adds 25 mountain-view rooms with stone and timber construction, linked to the main building by a climate-controlled escalator tunnel. With 164 rooms, including 35 suites, accommodations range from Superior doubles to expansive, butler-serviced suites with lake views. Palace Wellness includes an indoor infinity pool, outdoor vitality pool, saunas, and a fitness studio. Seasonal activities feature a private ice rink, ski school services, paddle boarding, and horseback riding. Dining spans 6 venues, highlighted by Japanese-Peruvian La Coupole–Matsuhisa.
