A modern-day acropolis above the Aegean, hilltop pavilions among olive groves in the Peloponnese.

Inspired by ancient Greek temples, Amanzoe opened in 2012 on a hilltop near Porto Heli, surrounded by olive groves with the Aegean Sea in every direction. Its 38 pavilions and collection of private villas each come with a private pool and an outdoor terrace built to catch the region’s light.

The expansive Aman Spa draws on Hellenic healing traditions, with programs running from massage and hydrotherapy to nutritional consultations, Pilates, and yoga. Five restaurants and a cocktail bar move between Mediterranean and Japanese menus, and days fill with private beach access, boat excursions to nearby islands, and cultural outings into the mythology and history of the Peloponnese.
