Set on the site of a 19th-century coaching inn, the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa reopened in 2018 high on a hillside in the heart of France’s Champagne region, overlooking UNESCO-listed vineyards that stretch across the valley. Its 47 rooms and suites each have a private terrace framing panoramic vineyard views, and interiors pair contemporary design with subtle nods to the region’s winemaking heritage.
