An 18th-century olive mill in the Alpilles, now a private estate for exclusive weekly stays.
Mas de Chabran began as an olive oil mill in 1738 and is now a private estate in Maussane-les-Alpilles, reserved for exclusive weekly stays. Eight en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 16 guests beneath vaulted stone ceilings, with private terraces, Sonos audio, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi throughout.
The grounds hold a heated saltwater pool, a clay tennis court, a spa with sauna and hammam, and a Technogym-equipped fitness room. Dining is arranged around each stay, from daily breakfasts and fresh pastry deliveries to a private chef serving Provençal cuisine paired with regional wines; excursions can reach local markets, wine cellars, and organic farms.
