A minimalist alpine hotel at 1,800 meters, built from natural materials and facing the Dolomites.
Forestis stands at 1,800 meters near Brixen, with panoramic views of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Dolomites. Crafted entirely from natural, regional materials, the hotel holds 62 minimalist rooms and suites that set wood and stone against the alpine landscape.
The spa includes saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, treatment rooms, silence rooms, a yoga room, and a fitness center. A forest path gives ski-in/ski-out access to Plose mountain, with hiking, mountain biking, and Wyda energy work among the seasonal pursuits. In the restaurants, Executive Chef Roland Lamprecht draws on the flavors of South Tyrol, emphasizing locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.
