Twelve restored stone houses in a hilltop village, with views over the Provençal countryside to Mont Ventoux.
High on a hill in the Vaucluse, Hôtel Crillon le Brave is woven through twelve restored 17th- and 18th-century stone houses in the village of Crillon-le-Brave. Rooms and suites open onto sweeping views of the Provençal countryside and Mont Ventoux, with vineyards, olive groves, and lavender fields all around.
The bistronomic La Table du Ventoux serves the region’s produce under executive chef Adrien Brunet, treatments fill the afternoons at the Spa des Écuries, and the gym sits in the old village chapel. A pool looks out over the vineyards, and electric bikes, hiking trails, and vineyard tours lead to neighboring villages and historic wine estates.
