Originally a private mansion, Saint James occupies a 19th-century château surrounded by 5,000 square meters of landscaped gardens, a rarity in the heart of Paris. Its 50 rooms and suites have been completely redesigned to blend the grandeur of a château with the intimacy of a family estate, capturing the spirit of a Parisian hôtel particulier with modern comforts throughout.
Chef Grégory Garimbay oversees the gourmet dining, with a focus on high-quality, local, and seasonal products, served indoors or at tables in the garden. There is also a spa with an indoor pool, a wood-paneled library lounge, and a music room with a grand piano.
