A private residence of 1910 turned hotel, run with the warmth and ease of a Swedish home.
Ett Hem means “a home” in Swedish, and the hotel takes the name literally: originally a private residence built in 1910, it stands in a peaceful residential quarter of Stockholm’s Östermalm district and receives guests with a genuine sense of warmth and hospitality, closer to a stay in a well-kept private house than a conventional hotel.
There are 25 individually designed rooms and suites, complemented by a landscaped garden, a library, a fitness center, and a hammam. In the kitchen restaurant, seasonal dishes rooted in Swedish culinary tradition are prepared with locally sourced ingredients, farm-fresh and rustic, with a bar alongside.
