An intimate lakeside villa blending historic elegance, contemporary comforts, and personalized hospitality.

Passalacqua, the sister property to Grand Hotel Tremezzo, features 24 suites spread across three historic residences: the ornate main Villa, the converted stables known as Palazz, and the lakefront Casa al Lago, available as a private retreat. The suites combine frescoed ceilings, Murano chandeliers, and silk-draped balconies with discreet contemporary comforts.

Dining, curated by Michelin-starred chef Viviana Varese, highlights refined Italian home cooking served in frescoed salons and on garden terraces overlooking the lake. The spa, set within repurposed historic tunnels, offers steam rooms, saunas, and relaxation spaces. Additional amenities include a garden-fringed pool, tennis courts, and private boating excursions, with exclusive lake access via a private jetty. Guests can enjoy experiences ranging from lake cruises to historic villas and Italian cooking classes to local wine tastings and artisan workshops.
